I am regularly asked for specific use cases where agentic business processes can help solve real problems. When I was in Europe this past spring, I was chatting with a customer about their ticket audit process. They have specific requirements when a ticket is closed. It isn’t enough that data is populated, it needs to be meaningful and actually accrue more value. This is a great use case for AI.
