Hello World and welcome to my new blog. On this blog, I will discuss my journey into the world of agentic workflows isn’t just about following the latest trends; it’s built on years of hands-on experience at the heart of the industry. Currently, I work as a Product Manager on the Agents and Apps team at Microsoft, I’ve had the unique privilege of helping shape the tools that enterprises use to connect their data and automate their most critical processes. My focus has always been on where the "logic" meets the "action," specifically within the Azure Logic Apps ecosystem, where I’ve helped lead the shift toward agent-centric business processes.

Throughout my career, I have lived and breathed the evolution of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and hyperautomation. From the early days of rules-based bots to the current era of sophisticated Chatbot integration and AI-driven decision-making, I’ve seen firsthand how these technologies can transform a business from a collection of siloed tasks into a seamless, high-velocity digital ecosystem.
